Our agency carries out regular inspections on behalf of the lessor/owner to ensure that any maintenance is reported as well as to confirm the property is well maintained. Please note that photos may be taken during the inspection for the lessor to demonstrate property condition and or any maintenance concerns. The photos are stored privately and kept secure and will not show any identifying details of you personally.

In accordance with the Residential Tenancies Rooming & Accommodation Act – a Form 9 Entry Notice will be issued providing a minimum of 7 days notice of the date and time of the inspection.

You are more than welcome to be present for the inspection, however if you are unable to be present, we shall carry out the inspection using the agency keys and advise you by card that we have attended.

Please take a moment to report any general maintenance that you have identified at the property (if any) that requires attention so that the lessor can be advised as part of the inspection.

If you have pets, please ensure that they are secured or removed from the property during the 2 hour inspection time frame.
