We inspect each property every 13 weeks and provide a detailed report including a minimum of 50 photographs. The inspection is designed to ensure the tenants are caring for your property and so that we can advise of any preventative maintenance items.
We disburse rental funds to owners each Friday with a statement emailed to you at each disbursement.
All of our clients have access to an online owner portal so you can access your property information 24/7 or at times when the office is closed.
We manage all tenant maintenance and repair requests on your behalf. If the repair is likely to be over $500, we will obtain 3 quotes from our trusted tradespeople, before we contact you for final approval.
We can pay council rates, water, body corporate and insurance levies on your behalf from the rental income, at no additional cost to you.
