100% Property Management Focus

Unlike larger franchise offices we don’t have a sales division. We only do property management so you can be assured that we are 100% focused on you and your property. 

Direct Contact with Business Owner/Property Manager

You will always have one direct point of contact. You’ll find a reassuring voice at the end of the phone that knows your property. 

Frequent Inspections

We inspect each property every 13 weeks and provide a detailed report including a minimum of 50 photographs. The inspection is designed to ensure the tenants are caring for your property and so that we can advise of any preventative maintenance items. 

Funds Distributed Weekly

We disburse rental funds to owners each Friday with a statement emailed to you at each disbursement. 

Access to Client Portal

All of our clients have access to an online owner portal so you can access your property information 24/7 or at times when the office is closed. 

Management of Repairs & Maintenance

We manage all tenant maintenance and repair requests on your behalf. If the repair is likely to be over $500, we will obtain 3 quotes from our trusted tradespeople, before we contact you for final approval. 

Bill Payment & Management

We can pay council rates, water, body corporate and insurance levies on your behalf from the rental income, at no additional cost to you.

Fees & Charges

You’ll find our management fee structure simple, transparent and very easy to understand. The aim has always been to deliver a quality service that’s responsive, effective & affordable.

Leasing & Securing Tenants

We advertise on realestate.com.au and 7 other smaller websites. We use premiere ad placement and professional photos as well as social media campaigns to ensure your property is promoted to a wide audience of tenants. We open each property a minimum of 2 times per week for prospective tenants to view. We also offer Saturday and Sunday inspections to accommodate tenants who can not get time off during the week to inspect. 
 
You will be provided with a written report after each inspection advising the number of tenants who inspected and their feedback.
