Excellent experience with Smart Solutions

I didn't expect to find an ideal apartment at first as I had only several days left prior to our arrival. However, when I serchered online using RealEstate, I found one that was perfect for us. Then I contacted Smart Solutions Property Management. They helped me a lot during the application process. Although I was not in Brisbane in person, Grey helped through including the inspection, payment and key handover. He can always provide me in-time response when needed. It was a nice experience and the apartment is perfect for us. Definitely worth a 5 star rating!!

Don't look any further. Greg was so helpful and his level of service was second to none. We met 6 other PA and the big mobs treated us like another number. Seamless. Professional. Comprehensive. Highly recommend!

We had to rent our apartment at short notice because of an interstate move. After reviewing our options we chose Smart Solutions Property Management. As an investor Smart solutions property has looked after my property as if it was their own

I’ can honestly say I’ve had nothing but the bet experience with “Smart Solutions”. I’ve been in the property market for over 20years as a landlord. Smart Solutions are the best

Having been a landlord for over 15 years, we are glad we found SSPM. The care factor is second to none. We are always kept in the loop and have good communication about everything related to our properties. They understand and work with you with any concerns. I feel any landlord who think ‘all agents are the same and nobody can be better’, need to give Smart solutions a go and I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised like us.
